Beetroot, Mushroom & Ginger Smoothie

(Serves 1 - 2)

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup milk (of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon Mush Mór Original mushroom powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)

  • A handful of frozen berries of your choice

  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)

  • 4 - 8 rainbow peppercorns (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Peel the banana and beetroot

    • Grate the ginger

    • Measure out the almond milk, mushroom powder, and other ingredients

  2. Blend:

    • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy

  3. Serve:

    • Pour the smoothie into a glass

    • Enjoy immediately
