Beetroot, Mushroom & Ginger Smoothie
(Serves 1 - 2)
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup milk (of your choice)
1 tablespoon Mush Mór Original mushroom powder
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)
A handful of frozen berries of your choice
1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped
1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)
4 - 8 rainbow peppercorns (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients:
Peel the banana and beetroot
Grate the ginger
Measure out the almond milk, mushroom powder, and other ingredients
Blend:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy
Serve:
Pour the smoothie into a glass
Enjoy immediately
