Mush Mór Mushroom Powder Gravy

Mush Mór Exotic Mushroom Powder Gravy
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
1 tablespoon Mush Mór Original mushroom powder and/or 1/2 tablespoon Mush Mór Adaptive Extracts
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Make a Roux:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir in 1 - 2 tablespoons of Mush Mór mushroom powder
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste and turns slightly golden
Make sure there’s enough butter/oil to coat all the mushroom powder and flour granules
Add Stock:
Gradually whisk in the stock until smooth
Simmer:
Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently, until the gravy thickens (about 5-7 minutes)
Season:
Season with salt and pepper to taste
