Mush Mór Exotic Mushroom Omlette

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon Mush Mór Original mushroom powder or ½ tablespoon Mush Mór Adaptive Extracts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

  • Your choice of vegetables (e.g., spinach, onions, broccoli, olives)

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

  1. Whisk Eggs:

    • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper (add more salt and pepper later to taste, less salt needed if using feta)

  2. Sauté Vegetables:

    • Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over a low to medium heat

    • Sauté your choice of vegetables (e.g., spinach, onions, broccoli, olives) until tender

  3. Add Mushroom Powder:

    • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Mush Mór Original mushroom powder or ½ tablespoon Mush Mór Adaptive Extracts over the sautéed vegetables and stir well

  4. Cook Omelette:

    • Reduce the heat and pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan

    • Let it cook until the eggs start to set around the edges

  5. Add Cheese (Optional):

    • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over one half of the omelette, if using

  6. Fold and Finish:

    • Fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully set

  7. Serve:

    • Slide the omelette onto a plate

    • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired
